Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in new condition, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original manufacturer-labeled packaging.
Returned items must include all original materials, including manuals, accessories, parts, packing materials, blank warranty cards, original boxes, and any intact UPC codes, if applicable. If anything is missing, damaged, opened, used, or altered, SCDiving may refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
Items that are special ordered and not picked up or returned may be subject to restocking charges. SCDiving reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if all return conditions are not met.
Commercial and bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as screen printed items, digital printed items, sublimation printed items, food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned unless defective. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, if applicable:

A book with obvious signs of use

A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record, or similar media item that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, altered, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any item missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards, parts, packing materials, or included items
Free Items Included With Purchase
If your original purchase included free items, all associated free items must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
If any free items are not returned, the retail value of those items, along with any applicable shipping charges, may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, minus any applicable shipping, handling, restocking, or deduction fees.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
You have 30 days from the invoice date to report and return defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
Defective, incorrect, or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, replaced, or refunded at SCDiving’s discretion.
To qualify for a full refund for a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
After 5 business days from delivery, defective, incorrect, or damaged items may be replaced with the same model or the manufacturer’s equivalent model instead of being refunded.
For items that cannot be verified as defective, incorrect, or damaged, SCDiving reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your approved return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise approved by SCDiving in writing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Final Determination
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by SCDiving. SCDiving reserves the right to make the final determination regarding refund eligibility, exchange eligibility, replacement eligibility, restocking fees, and return acceptance.
